Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unworn and unused, with any original tags and packaging intact.

As Albion Archive specialises in vintage, pre-owned and archival garments, items may show signs of age, wear or previous use. Any significant flaws or imperfections known to us will be described or photographed on the product page. These characteristics are not considered faults.

To request a return, please contact us before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or materially different from its description. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Albion Archive is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

Final sale items cannot be returned for change of mind where clearly identified as final sale at the time of purchase.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
